House rules
Welcome to Domaine Au Bon. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please respect the following rules.
1. Arrival and departure
- Arrivals: From 3 p.m. – please let us know if you will be arriving late.
- Departures: no later than 11 a.m. to allow for cleaning.
- Any unauthorized overrun may result in additional charges.
2. Capacity
The number of people cannot exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Any additional person must be declared in advance and may be subject to a supplement or refusal.
3. Respect for the premises
- Houses must be returned in a suitable and tidy condition.
- In case of breakage or damage, please notify us. Replacement costs may be charged.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. Ashtrays are available outside.
4. Animals
Animals are not allowed on the entire estate.
5. Noise and quiet
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Parties or festive events are not permitted without prior agreement.
6. Use of equipment
- Please use the equipment (kitchen, grill, swimming pool, furniture, etc.) with care.
- Access to the swimming pool is reserved for residents, at their own risk. Children must always be supervised.
7. Waste sorting
A sorting and composting area is provided: please sort your waste (glass, paper, plastics, compostable waste) according to local instructions.
8. Security
- Do not leave valuables unattended. The Estate declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
- Close doors and windows when you are out or if it is windy.
9. Internet and Wi-Fi
Internet access is free but subject to reasonable use. It is prohibited to use the network for illegal purposes (illegal downloads, etc.).
10. Acceptance of the regulations
Booking constitutes acceptance of these internal regulations. Any serious breach may result in interruption of the stay, without refund.
