Cancellation Policy

Reservations

All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is due 7 days before the stay.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation by the customer:

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.

Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: the entire stay is due.

In case of early departure: the total amount of the stay remains due.

Cancellation by Domaine Au Bon:

In the event of exceptional circumstances making the stay impossible (e.g. disaster, force majeure), we will offer:

• Postponement of the stay, depending on your availability.
• Or full reimbursement of the amounts paid, without further compensation.

Modifications

Any request for changes (dates, number of people, etc.) must be confirmed in writing and is subject to availability. Fees may apply depending on the case.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events (illness, impediment, weather, etc.).
